We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage core HR operations while supporting talent alignment initiatives in a fast-paced IT services environment. This role is suited for someone who understands both people management and market-facing talent requirements.
The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance and compliance management, performance coordination, and employee engagement activities. Maintaining structured HR records and ensuring smooth internal processes will be a key part of the role.
An important aspect of this position involves preparing and enhancing professional profiles of internal talent in line with evolving role requirements and market expectations. This includes understanding skill sets, experience summaries, and presenting profiles in a polished and competitive manner.
The role also requires ongoing coordination with external recruiters, hiring partners, and organizations, sharing relevant profiles, aligning interview discussions, tracking responses, and managing communication flow. Attention to detail, professionalism in email and verbal communication, and strong follow-up skills are critical.
Candidates with experience in IT companies, staffing environments, or exposure to international markets—especially the US—will be preferred. The ability to multitask, handle confidential information, and work independently is essential.
