Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Chemist to join our food manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory testing, ensuring product quality, and supporting food safety and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Perform routine laboratory testing and maintain accurate records of results.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
- Assist in investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Support product development and process improvement initiatives through laboratory analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (Food Technology degree preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a food manufacturing or food processing company.
- Knowledge of laboratory testing methods, quality control procedures, and food safety standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and laboratory data management practi.
Experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a food company.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
