The Manager – Creative Design will be responsible for leading the creative design function of the organization, ensuring high-quality visual communication across digital and print platforms. The role includes conceptualizing creative campaigns, supervising the design team, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering innovative design solutions aligned with business objectives. Should be an expert in Social Media platforms
Key Responsibilities Creative Strategy & Branding
- Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for marketing and branding campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials.
- Create innovative design ideas aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments for campaign execution.
Design Management
- Lead and manage the creative design team.
- Allocate design tasks and monitor project timelines.
- Review and approve creative outputs before final release.
- Maintain quality standards for all visual content.
Digital & Print Media
- Oversee the design of:
- Social media creatives
- Brochures and flyers
- Posters and banners
- Packaging designs
- Corporate presentations
- Website and digital advertisements
- Coordinate with vendors and printers for production requirements.
Content & Campaign Support
- Support marketing campaigns with engaging visual content.
- Coordinate photo shoots, video creatives, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with content creators and digital marketing teams.
Software & Creative Tools
- Utilize industry-standard software such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- CorelDRAW
- Canva
- Premiere Pro / After Effects (preferred)
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Mentor and guide junior designers and creative staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and skill development initiatives.
- Ensure smooth coordination within the department and with external agencies.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
