RLT Edzaro is a leading IT Training Institute focused on delivering industry-oriented programs in AI, Cloud Computing, Full Stack Development, Cybersecurity, Data Science, DevOps, and other emerging technologies. We are looking for an experienced Placement Coordinator to strengthen our corporate network and ensure successful student placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT companies, startups, and recruitment partners.
- Develop new corporate tie-ups for internships and placement opportunities.
- Coordinate placement drives, walk-ins, virtual interviews, and campus recruitment activities.
- Connect with HRs, Talent Acquisition teams, and hiring managers to identify hiring requirements.
- Match eligible students with suitable job openings based on their skills and career goals.
- Organize mock interviews, resume-building sessions, and placement readiness programs.
- Track student placement status and maintain accurate placement records and reports.
- Follow up with recruiters regarding interview feedback and hiring updates.
- Collaborate with trainers and the student counselling team to improve placement outcomes.
- Meet monthly placement targets and continuously expand the recruiter network.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Placement Coordinator in an IT Training Institute.
- Existing network and strong contacts with multiple IT companies, HR professionals, and recruitment agencies.
- Proven experience in corporate tie-ups and placement coordination.
- Good understanding of IT job roles including AI, Cloud, Full Stack, DevOps, Data Science, Testing, Cybersecurity, and Software Development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to organize placement events and manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and MS Office skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with EdTech or IT training organizations.
- Knowledge of current IT hiring trends and recruitment processes.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong networking and corporate relationship-building abilities.
