Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and communication-driven Customer Support Executive (CSE) for a Blended Process (handling both voice calls and written emails/chats). The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Issue Resolution: Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right tools and methods.
- Customer Retention: Listen actively to customer grievances, identify their needs, and offer the best possible solutions to ensure a positive experience.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any stream.
- Skills: Strong active listening, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude
- Working Days: 6 days a week.
- Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off.
- Shift: Day / Rotational shifts (as per process requirements).

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
