Job Title: Service Quality Assurance Executive / Vehicle InspectorJob Summary:
We are looking for a detailed and observant Service Quality Assurance Executive to perform vehicle inspections before customer delivery (PDI/Quality Checks). Your primary role will be to ensure all vehicles meet high-quality standards, are scratch-free, fully functional, and ready for delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI): Perform thorough physical and mechanical checks on new vehicles before delivery using a standard checklist.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect vehicle exterior, interior, electronics, oil/fluid levels, and test basic functions (lights, horns, battery, brakes).
- Defect Reporting: Identify scratches, minor damages, or functional issues and coordinate with the service/workshop team for immediate rectification.
- Cleanliness & Presentation: Ensure vehicles are properly washed, polished, and presented in top condition to customers.
- Documentation: Fill out quality check sheets and maintain delivery readiness records in the system/register.
Requirements / Key Skills:
- Education: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering or any degree (or basic passion/knowledge of vehicles).
- Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good vehicle knowledge are welcome to apply).
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of two-wheeler / four-wheeler parts and functions.
- Key Traits: High attention to detail, responsibility, and good observation skills.
- Training: Complete product and inspection training will be provided by the company.
