We are a Young and fast-growing startup company specialized in LED Video Wall Manufacturing and Solutions, serving clients across Tamil Nadu and selected regions in South India.
We are looking for energetic and passionate candidates who are interested in online lead handling, client communication, and sales conversion.
The Lead & Sales Executive will be responsible for handling online enquiries, following up with customers, managing leads, and converting prospects into successful sales through calls, WhatsApp web and Emails.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries professionally through calls.
- Maintain and update lead data in Zoho CRM.
- Convert interested prospects into qualified leads and sales.
- Follow up with customers regularly and maintain proper communication.
- Handle social media, Meta leads and Lead platforms effectively.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth process handling.
- Maintain good client relationships after sales.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline such as Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English. Additional language skills will be considered and added advantage.
- Confidence in phone calls and WhatsApp communication.
- Strong lead handling and follow-up ability.
- Positive, convincing, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Experience in tele-calling, sales, or marketing is preferred.
- Knowledge in Meta lead handling is an added advantage.
- Field sales experience is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical products is preferred.
- Basis computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Software, Email handling, etc.) is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
