We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Collections Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recovering outstanding payments, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining positive customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Outreach
- Contact customers with overdue accounts through phone calls and emails.
- Establish communication and encourage timely payment of outstanding dues.
- Follow up regularly on pending payments and commitments.
Negotiation & Recovery
- Assess customers' financial situations and negotiate suitable repayment plans.
- Discuss settlement options, payment schedules, and restructuring arrangements where applicable.
- Resolve payment-related concerns professionally and effectively.
Compliance & Ethical Collections
- Conduct collection activities in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to ethical collection practices.
- Ensure all interactions are professional and customer-focused.
Documentation & Reporting
- Accurately record customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection activities.
- Update collection systems and maintain detailed records.
- Prepare daily and weekly collection reports as required.
Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Contribute to reducing overdue accounts and minimizing bad debt.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards set by the organization.
Requirements Mandatory Skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi (Both Mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Experience in Collections, Recovery, Telecalling, Customer Service, BPO, BFSI, NBFC, or Banking is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
