Job Summary
Martins Impex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage the company's warehouse and inventory operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in maintaining stock records, material inward and outward, inventory control, and ensuring proper storage of furniture raw materials, hardware, and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain proper records of material inward and outward.
- Issue materials to production and site teams as per approved material requisition slips.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock verification.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of all materials.
- Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) for inventory wherever applicable.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Accounts, Production, and Site teams for smooth material flow.
- Prepare daily stock reports, inward/outward reports, and inventory reconciliation reports.
- Maintain records of hardware, plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, edge bands, adhesives, accessories, and other furniture materials.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in Furniture Manufacturing, Interior Projects, Construction, Plywood, Hardware, or Building Materials.
- Fresh candidates with excellent inventory knowledge may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory management.
- Experience in stock handling and warehouse management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with inventory management software.
- Understanding of furniture raw materials and hardware.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi and English.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in handling plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, hardware fittings, adhesives, finished furniture, and site consumables.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
