Role Overview:
We’re looking for high-energy sales professionals who love targets, conversations, and closing deals. As a BDA, you will help prospective learners understand the value of our programs and convert them into successful enrollments through strategic outreach and relationship building.
What You’ll Do:
- Convert inbound leads into enrolled learners
- Counsel students via calls & virtual sessions
- Drive revenue and consistently hit sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships
- Update lead activity in CRM tools
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Graduation is mandatory)
- 0–1 years of experience in B2C Sales / Edtech / Inside Sales
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- High ownership and performance-driven mindset
- Willingness to work 6 days a week MON-SAT SUNweek off
- Must carry own laptop
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual CTC: 8,10,000 LPA(3.6LPA FIXED+4.5LPA Variable incentives) In On the Job training Period ,FTE 9,00,000 LPA(4.5 LPA FIXED+4.5LPA Variable incentives)
