Job Description:
We are looking for proactive and responsible Project Coordinators to manage on-campus training operations and act as the key link between college management and SMART Training Resources. The ideal candidate will oversee all training-related activities within the assigned institution, ensure smooth coordination between trainers, students, and internal teams, and maintain accurate data and reports. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful execution of training programs and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all on-campus training programs and ensure timely execution of sessions
- Serve as the primary point of contact between college management and SMART Training Resources
- Maintain and update student databases, attendance records, and training schedules
- Collect and compile trainer feedback and student feedback for quality assessment
- Support trainers with logistical needs such as classroom arrangements, attendance sheets, and report submissions
- Communicate regularly with SMART’s Operations and Content teams regarding training progress and requirements
- Address on-ground challenges, escalate concerns to higher management, and ensure quick resolution
- Prepare daily/weekly training reports and share updates with internal teams and the client institution
- Ensure student engagement and participation throughout the training period
- Assist in collecting testimonials, photos, and outcome data post-training for documentation and marketing purposes

Important:
- Must own a laptop
- Should be based in or willing to relocate to the assigned college campus
- Should be comfortable coordinating with trainers, students, and college officials on a daily basis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
