We are seeking a passionate and skilled Robotics & AI Trainer to introduce and teach students the fundamentals of robotics, coding, and artificial intelligence. The trainer will design age-appropriate curriculum, conduct hands-on sessions, and inspire young minds to innovate, build, and think critically.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging robotics & AI curriculum for classes 3-12, tailored to each grade level
Conduct practical, project-based classes using kits like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Lego Mindstorms, or similar
Teach basics of coding: Scratch, Python, Block-based programming for juniors; advanced Python, ML concepts for seniors
Introduce core AI concepts: logic, automation, sensors, machine vision, chatbots in age-appropriate ways
Organize and mentor students for robotics competitions, science fairs, and tech exhibitions
Maintain lab equipment, ensure safety protocols, and manage inventory of robotics kits
Assess student progress through projects, quizzes, and exhibitions; provide regular feedback
Collaborate with school faculty to integrate STEM into regular academics
Stay updated with latest trends in EdTech, AI, and robotics education
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field. B.Ed preferred but not mandatory
0-3 years experience in teaching/training robotics, coding, or STEM. Freshers with strong project portfolio can apply
Hands-on experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, sensors, motors, 3D printing, or similar tools
Proficient in Scratch, Python, and block-based coding platforms
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi. Ability to simplify complex concepts for kids
Patience, creativity, and genuine interest in working with school students
Prior experience conducting workshops or working in schools is a plus
