About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive student enrollments and enhance brand visibility through on-ground marketing initiatives. The role involves direct engagement with students, parents, educational institutions, and community stakeholders through field marketing activities, outreach programs, and promotional events. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build meaningful relationships that contribute to enrollment growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Field Marketing & Outreach
- Execute on-ground marketing activities including school and college visits, campus promotions, roadshows, kiosks, seminars, and community outreach programs.
- Represent the organization at educational hubs, career fairs, and other high-footfall locations.
- Promote courses, programs, and educational services to prospective students and parents.
- Increase brand awareness through consistent field-level engagement.
2. Student & Parent Counselling Support
- Interact with students and parents to provide information regarding courses, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
- Address inquiries and guide prospects through the initial stages of the admission process.
- Build strong relationships with potential students and their families to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for detailed counselling and follow-up.
3. Lead Generation & Conversion Support
- Generate quality leads through field marketing activities, referral programs, events, and institutional partnerships.
- Capture and maintain accurate prospect information for follow-up and tracking.
- Support the admissions team in nurturing leads and improving inquiry-to-admission conversion rates.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and enrollment targets.
4. Campaign & Event Execution
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, seminars, orientation programs, and career guidance sessions.
- Coordinate promotional activities and outreach initiatives within assigned territories.
- Ensure effective distribution and display of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, standees, banners, and promotional merchandise.
- Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve future campaigns.
5. Institutional Partnerships & Community Engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and community organizations.
- Support the implementation of referral and partnership programs.
- Identify new opportunities for institutional collaborations and student outreach.
- Build long-term relationships that contribute to recurring admissions opportunities.
6. Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Maintain records of daily field activities, visits, leads generated, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare regular reports on outreach performance, campaign effectiveness, and enrollment support activities.
- Gather and share insights on competitor activities, student preferences, and local market trends.
- Provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and outreach strategies.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Admissions, Academic, and Marketing teams to achieve enrollment goals.
- Ensure timely lead handover and effective coordination for follow-up activities.
- Support the execution of centralized marketing initiatives at the local level.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to marketing strategy discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–4 years of experience in Marketing, Field Marketing, Student Outreach, Business Development, or related roles.
- Prior experience in the Education or EdTech sector will be an added advantage.
