About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video & Creative Associate to join our team full-time. This role combines video editing, graphic design, AI-powered content creation, and content planning. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging digital content and have a strong eye for design, storytelling, and social media trends.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Edit long-form YouTube videos, promotional videos, tutorials, and event highlights.
- Add captions, transitions, music, sound effects, and motion graphics to create engaging content.
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Creative Design & Content Creation
- Design posters, social media creatives, banners, flyers, and marketing materials.
- Create visual assets for online and offline campaigns.
- Generate and enhance images using AI tools and creative software.
- Develop eye-catching thumbnails and promotional graphics for digital platforms.
Content Calendar Management
- Maintain and update the content calendar across various platforms.
- Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to plan upcoming campaigns and content schedules.
- Track content deadlines and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
- Organize and manage content libraries, media files, and creative resources.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, design styles, and AI content creation tools.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and audience engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute content strategies effectively.
Requirements
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with AI image generation and creative tools.
- Understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and current trends.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and Adobe After Effects.
- Experience in content planning and social media management.
- Photography or videography skills are an added advantage.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and branding principles.
