We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential students, explaining our beauty courses, and converting leads into admissions.
Telecallers mainly communicate with customers to promote services, generate leads, and support sales growth
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential students and leads
- Provide complete details about courses, fees & offers
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve queries
- Maintain daily call records & follow-ups
- Convert leads into successful admissions
- Achieve daily/weekly targets
- Build strong relationships with students
Telecallers typically handle both inbound and outbound calls, promote services, and maintain customer data
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Odia preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident, polite & convincing personality
- Experience in telecalling / sales is a plus (Freshers can apply)
