- Lead Generation & Acquisition: Identifying potential subscribers, cold-calling prospects, and running outreach campaigns to enroll new members into various chit schemes.
- Scheme Pitching: Meeting prospective clients to clearly explain scheme rules, monthly installments, bidding procedures, dividend payouts, and terms and conditions.
- Market Research: Analyzing local demographics, competitor offerings, and economic trends to design competitive new chit schemes tailored to the local market.
- Relationship Management: Cultivating long-term relationships with subscribers to maximize customer retention, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.
- Team Leadership: Mentoring and training field sales executives and agents, setting daily/monthly targets, and overseeing their performance.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring all chit agreements and business practices strictly adhere to the Chit Funds Act and local regulatory frameworks.
- Subscriber Acquisition Rate: The total number of new members successfully enrolled.
- Chit Value Target: The total corpus value of the chit groups sold/filled.
- Collection Efficiency: Tracking on-time monthly installment payments and minimizing defaults.
- Client Retention: Member renewal and participation in multiple or higher-value chit cycles.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
