Job Title: Child development Therapist (Virtual) — NeuroNurture Kids
About the Role
NeuroNurture Kids is looking for a warm, creative, and dedicated DevelopmentalTherapist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support children's emotional, social, and developmental growth through engaging, play-based virtual sessions. If you love working with kids and believe in the power of play to heal, connect, and build confidence, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a fully virtual / remote position, so you'll need a quiet, child-friendly space and a reliable internet connection to deliver sessions online.
What You'll Do
- Conduct one-on-one (and occasionally small group) virtual play therapy sessions with children with goals of language building
- Design playful, age-appropriate activities that keep children engaged and motivated through a screen
- Use play-based techniques to support emotional regulation, communication, language , and developmental goals
- Observe, track, and document each child's progress
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and our wider team to align on goals and share updates
Background We're Looking For
A degree or coursework in one or more of the following:
- Psychology
- Child Development
- Special Education
Skills You'll Need
- Strong child engagement skills — the ability to connect with children and hold their attention virtually
- Knowledge of (or genuine eagerness to learn) play-based therapy approaches
- Patience, empathy, and creativity
- Clear, friendly communication with both children and parents
- Comfort using video-calling tools and basic digital activities
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
