Position: Warehouse Incharge

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Incharge to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory management, dispatch activities, and manpower supervision. The ideal candidate must possess strong warehouse management skills and be proficient in SAP for inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure smooth inward and outward movement of goods while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor warehouse housekeeping and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock audits.
- Perform stock reconciliation and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage practices to minimize damage, loss, and obsolescence.
SAP Management (Mandatory)
- Execute all warehouse transactions in SAP accurately and timely.
- Manage Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue (GI), Stock Transfers, and Inventory Adjustments in SAP.
- Generate inventory, dispatch, and stock ageing reports through SAP.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Team Supervision
- Supervise warehouse staff and contract labor.
- Allocate tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
- Train team members on warehouse processes and SAP usage.
Dispatch & Documentation
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics teams for timely dispatches.
- Maintain all warehouse-related documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce warehouse safety standards and operational SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, FMCG, or 3PL industry preferred.
- Hands-on experience in SAP Warehouse Management is mandatory.
