Role: Sales Executive/Solution Consultant
Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience: 1 – 4 Years

About the Product
onesociety is an accounting ERP solution designed specifically for housing societies. It helps
societies manage billing, accounting, communication, and operations efficiently through a
single platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, references, and outreach activities.
- Conduct onsite product demonstrations for housing society members and decision-
makers.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, follow-ups, negotiations, and
closures.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Update and manage lead data in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Meet assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Attend client meetings (virtual or in-person) when required.
Requirements
- 1–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, software, or service-based
industries.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain software products to non-technical users.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling ERP, SaaS, or technology products.
- Familiarity with housing society operations or real estate domain.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize effectively.
