New Fathima Medicals is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Pharmacy / Medical Store Assistant to join our growing team in Nettoor, Kochi.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in purchasing medicines and healthcare products.
- Dispense medicines accurately under pharmacist supervision.
- Handle billing using pharmacy billing software/POS systems.
- Maintain proper stock levels and perform inventory management.
- Check medicine expiry dates and arrange stock accordingly.
- Receive, unpack, and organize medicine deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pharmacy.
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Follow pharmacy regulations and company policies.
- Support day-to-day store operations efficiently.
RequirementsEssential
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Pharmacy or Medical Store.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Honest, responsible, and punctual.
Preferred
- Experience in pharmacy billing software.
- Knowledge of medicine names and brands.
- Stock management experience.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates residing near Nettoor, Maradu, Kundannoor, Vytila, Panangad, or nearby areas are encouraged to apply.

- Pharm.D
- Diploma in Pharmacy
- Pharmacy Assistant Certification
- Candidates with relevant medical store experience will also be considered.
