Achievement of Targeted Business Volumes • Achieve overall monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned region. • Deliver brand-wise sales targets with special attention on Focused & New brands. • Ensure achievement of targets by each ABM and FO, driving higher productivity. • Improve business hygiene by reducing sales returns and expiries. • Carry out effective forecasting to ensure smooth product availability and distribution. • Coordinate with channel partners/distributors to strengthen supply chain. • Take corrective measures to address slow-moving products. • Facilitate performance across multiple therapies by channelizing team efforts. 2. KOL Development o Identify and develop a set of brand-specific core customers to strengthen business contribution. o Support implementation of strategic alliance programs for maximizing ROI from KOLs including KBL’s. o Build and sustain strong relationships with KOLs through periodical visits and follow-ups. 3. Effective Implementation of Marketing Programs - Drive successful implementation of marketing initiatives (CMEs, Symposiums, Camps, etc.) to build key brands through ABMs. - Track execution of marketing programs and close identified gaps. - Prepare action plans during cycle meetings to strengthen implementation. - Monitor FO efforts in terms of call average and coverage via Phyzii, ensuring compliance. - JFW – Minimum 2 days in a month with New Joiners 4. Distribution & Channel Management o Effectively manage stockists, distributors, and C&F agents to ensure smooth supply and product availability. o Strengthen relationships with distribution partners to minimize gaps in the supply chain. • Carry out effective forecasting to ensure smooth product availability and distribution. • Track product performance regularly and address gaps through corrective measures. • Handling CFA
