Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Facility Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support day-to-day facility operations. The role involves vendor coordination, maintaining office infrastructure, and ensuring a safe and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily facility operations (housekeeping, security, maintenance)
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC services, and office requirements
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, HVAC, and office equipment
- Maintain office supplies, pantry items, and consumables inventory
- Support workspace management and office setup
- Monitor cleanliness and upkeep of office premises
- Maintain records of vendor activities and service schedules
- Report and resolve facility-related issues promptly
- Support administrative tasks and office events
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
