About the Role
Cretebots is looking for a Financial Analyst with an MBA in Finance who can analyze business financials, calculate project profitability, prepare financial reports, and support strategic financial planning. Candidates with knowledge of IPOs, company valuation, and financial analysis will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project costs, revenue, and profitability.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Calculate profit margins and business performance metrics.
- Perform financial modeling and company valuation.
- Support management in financial decision-making.
- Understand IPO processes and assist in financial documentation.
- Analyze Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial presentations.
- Work closely with management to improve financial performance.
Requirements
- MBA in Finance (Mandatory)
- B.Com / BBA / Commerce background preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, Investment Analysis, or Corporate Finance (Freshers with strong finance knowledge may also apply)
- Good understanding of IPOs, financial statements, and profitability analysis
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Financial Functions)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience)

Pay: ₹16,752.92 - ₹25,997.78 per month
