Education: An IT Security / Computer Science related degree or certification
Experience: 1-3 Years
Job Description:
- Have detail knowledge of network topology, protocols and layers
- Understanding of working of firewalls/router and other data security measures
- Installing, configuring and maintenance of networks along with relevant routers, switches, load balancers.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, different OS, software, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across all offices of the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Possibly training more junior staff members
Required Skills:
