Job Summary
Jeewan Ayurveda Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be confident in speaking with customers over the phone, and assist them with product information, order support, and customer queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Make and receive customer calls professionally.
- Explain Ayurvedic products to customers in a clear and courteous manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and orders.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply.
