Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels such as site visits, references, digital platforms, and walk-ins
- Conduct site visits and project presentations to prospective clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, legal, finance) for smooth closures
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sale support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred) or relevant sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Target-driven with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
