Sales Executive –Saree Boutique
Chandravastra – The Empress Silk House is looking for a passionate and dedicated Sales Executive with experience in handling sarees and creating engaging social media content.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate and explain premium silk and cotton sarees to customers.
- Expertly fold and unfold sarees while maintaining their quality and presentation.
- Drape sarees neatly on mannequins for showroom display.
- Pack sarees professionally using the store's packaging standards.
- Maintain the showroom display, cleanliness, and product arrangement.
- Assist with stock organization and inventory.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of sarees for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create Instagram Reels showcasing products in an attractive and engaging manner.
- Upload and manage social media posts as instructed.
- Respond politely to customer inquiries in-store and through WhatsApp when required.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a saree showroom, textile store, or boutique is preferred.
- Must know how to fold, unfold, and handle sarees carefully.
- Must be able to drape sarees on mannequins professionally.
- Basic knowledge of mobile photography and videography.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, Facebook, and social media posting.
- Good communication skills in Tamil. Basic English is an added advantage.
- Friendly, well-groomed, honest, and customer-focused.
- Freshers with excellent saree handling skills and social media knowledge may also apply.
