Job Title: Tele caller
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and professional Tele caller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making and receiving calls to customers, providing information about products or services, generating leads, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain products, services, offers, and promotions clearly and effectively.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, payments, feedback, or service updates.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets.
- Update customer information in CRM
- Ensure compliance with company policies and communication standards.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; graduate preferred.
- Previous experience in tele calling, customer service, sales, or a related field is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Fluency in English, Hindi, or other regional languages.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Working Conditions:

- May require working in shifts or weekends based on business needs.
