Work Schedule: This is a 24/7 on-site role with rotating shifts, including night shifts. The position offers two days off per week, which may not always fall on weekends. Flexibility and adaptability to a continuous shift-based environment are essential. There is no hybrid work arrangement for this position, and it requires working onsite five days a week.
Role Description/Purpose
This role is responsible for working with operations and delivery teams to understand their information needs, and for developing and maintaining reports and systems that fulfil those needs accurately and on time.
Role Accountabilities
We are seeking a Sr. Analyst – MIS & Automations to join our team in Noida, reporting to the Business Data Analyst. The position holder would be required to work in shifts, may occasionally need to travel, and may be required to work extended hours during training drives. The role requires working from the office on all five days of the week.
You will be responsible for short-term and long-term workload forecasting, scheduling, and real-time resource management, proactively working to meet daily metrics by staying in constant communication with business planning teams. You will be responsible for the delivery of key metrics, training requirements and performance metrics through the optimisation of resources, identifying and implementing process improvement, and leveraging automation and technology. You should be able to ensure schedules produced accurately cover demand forecast while accounting for known constraints, planned events, holidays and business objectives, and should be able to analyse performance – especially productivity, utilisation and occupancy – to uncover trends, both behavioural and actuals against forecast, in order to improve the forecast and capacity management process.
On reporting, you should be able to support IELTS Operations reporting requirements, ensure reporting is aligned with the strategic direction of the business, and identify and assess new reporting requirements and supporting technologies. You should be able to develop and oversee a schedule for report generation and distribution, and identify the distribution vehicles, and will be responsible for providing business analysis that identifies key business drivers and root cause analysis, including scenario-based modelling.
On information security, you will ensure your workforce is aware of the information security policies and complies with them, and ensure the team complies with ISO 27001 and IGA-related requirements. You will send account opening requests effectively, disable accounts immediately for leavers and absconders or those on long leave, document and monitor/review the access levels of your team, and provide security awareness and education to the team. You will manage records to ensure compliance with the Freedom of Information Act, and ensure incidents within your respective functions are closed within SLAs.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Education : Graduation
- 3–5 years in MIS, data analysis, or automation roles
- Experience with MIS reporting and automation projects
- Expertise in reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel (advanced) or similar BI tools, Power App, and Power Automate
- Expert in reporting & analytics, with relevant experience in a reporting/analytics role
- Strong understanding of MIS principles, reporting standards, and performance metrics
- Proactive approach with a focus on problem analysis & resolution; ability to plan well and prioritise work
Knowledge of workflow automation, macro development, and process improvement techniques
