Job Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer software, operating systems, and applications.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal users via phone, email, or in person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, system, and application-related issues.
- Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions with proper documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue escalation and resolution.
- Perform software updates, patches, and system upgrades as required.
- Maintain records of support tickets, issues, and solutions.
- Ensure data security and follow IT policies and procedures.
- Train end users on basic software usage and best practices.
- Provide on-site and remote support as per business requirements.
- Pan India travelling for client service.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and common business software.
- Basic understanding of networking, internet, and email configuration, computer hardwareand software.
- Familiarity with remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.).
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently.
- Customer-oriented attitude and professional behavior
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
