Job Description (JD) – Quality Incharge (Rice Plant)
Position: Quality Incharge
Industry: Rice Mill / Rice Plant
Location: Tilda, Chhattisgarh
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain rice quality standards during production and processing.
- Inspect raw paddy, finished rice, and by-products for quality compliance.
- Conduct moisture, grain size, broken rice, and other quality tests.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and quality control procedures.
- Prepare quality reports and maintain inspection records.
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor packaging quality and storage conditions.
- Handle customer quality complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with government and industry quality standards.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. Agriculture, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of rice milling processes and quality testing methods.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
Experience:
- 3–5 Years of experience in Rice Mill/Rice Plant Quality Control.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per month
