We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and expand our corporate gifting business. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, conducting meetings, showcasing products, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit corporate offices and clients for meetings and product presentations.
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, references, and cold calling.
- Promote corporate gifting products, promotional items, festive hampers, and branding solutions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for quotations and samples.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.
- Coordinate for order execution and payment follow-ups.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years experience in field sales / B2B sales / corporate gifting / FMCG / advertising sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident personality with client handling ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
