Job Summery
We are looking for an experienced PMC Lead (Civil) to manage the planning, execution, quality, and timely completion of BPCL Retail Outlet projects. The role includes supervising civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and CNG works while ensuring compliance with PESO, BPCL standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction and upgradation of BPCL Retail Outlets.
- Ensure compliance with PESO, statutory, and BPCL guidelines.
- Supervise civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and CNG installation works.
- Review AutoCAD drawings, site layouts, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, Engineering Officers, and regulatory authorities.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and project documentation.
- Prepare project progress reports and MIS.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in PMC, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, or Construction projects.
- Experience in BPCL/IOCL/HPCL Retail Outlet projects is preferred.
