We are seeking a Dynamic, Aggressive, and Visionary Sales Leader to spearhead our Sales division across Industrial, Commercial, and Residential verticals. If you possess the art of closing high-ticket deals and the grit to lead high-performing teams, this is your ultimate career leap.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead 3 Verticals: Spearhead sales strategies for Residential, Commercial, and Industrial projects.
- Close High-Value Deals: Personally drive institutional clients, HNI sales, and industrial land closures.
- Expand Network: Grow and leverage our Channel Partner (CP) and corporate network.
*What We Are Looking For:*
- 10+ years of proven Real Estate Sales experience (with leadership exposure).
- Solid track record in handling diverse property portfolios.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
