Job Summary :
1.We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Telecaller – Sales to join our growing team.
2.The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing our products and services, generating qualified leads, and converting them into successful sales.
3. The role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build positive customer relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1.Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
2.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
3.Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
4.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM or company database.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
5.Address customer queries professionally and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
6.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and order processing.
7.Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotional offers, and company policies.
8.Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively during all customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Any Graduate.
Excellent verbal communication skills in - English/Tamil – customize as required.
· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
· Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
· Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or inside sales is an advantage.
· Strong listening and objection-handling skills.
· Good time management and organizational abilities.
· Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
