Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Professional with 5-6 years of experience to identify and finalize suitable properties for our new office locations across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt and identify suitable commercial properties across India.
- Conduct market research for new office locations.
- Shortlist properties based on location, connectivity, budget, size, and business requirements.
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
- Coordinate for property and negotiate rent, lease terms, deposits, and other commercial terms.
- Compare multiple property options and prepare recommendations for management.
- Handle documentation and coordinate with legal/admin teams for lease agreements.
- Maintain a database of shortlisted properties and market rates.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant Real Estate / Property Acquisition / Commercial Leasing experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate markets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to independently search, evaluate, and finalize properties.
- F candidates preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
