- Oversee day-to-day operations of the coal washery plant.
- Ensure uninterrupted plant operation and achievement of production targets.
- Monitor coal washing processes, yield, and recovery.
- Optimize plant performance and reduce operational losses.
2. Production Management
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Ensure desired quality of washed coal and rejects.
- Monitor feed coal quality and product specifications.
- Analyze production data and implement improvement measures.
3. Maintenance Management
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure availability and reliability of plant equipment.
- Minimize plant downtime through effective maintenance planning.
- Monitor maintenance costs and spare parts inventory.
4. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Promote a strong safety culture among employees and contractors.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
