Position: Design & Projects Head / Manager
Reporting To: Management / Plant Head
Job Summary:
Responsible for electrical design, project execution, team management, and development of LV/MV switchgear panels as per customer requirements and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical design and project activities for LV/MV switchgear panels.
- Prepare and review electrical drawings, GA drawings, and busbar arrangements.
- Perform design calculations and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Manage control logic, PLC, VFD, and operation system designs.
- Coordinate with Production, Testing, and Project teams.
- Ensure designs comply with IS/IEC standards.
- Support technical problem-solving and customer requirements.
- Guide design engineers and improve design processes.
Qualification:
Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
Minimun 2Years in Switchgear Panel Design
Required Skills:
- E-Plan (Mandatory) & AutoCAD knowledge
- LV/MV Switchgear design expertise
- Electrical drawings & calculation knowledge
- Busbar design knowledge
- PLC & VFD system knowledge
- IS/IEC standards awareness
- Strong technical & team management skills
