Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Trainer to train employees, retailers, and sales teams on mobile devices, product knowledge, and customer handling. The ideal candidate should be convent educated, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and have a strong understanding of mobile phone hardware, software, and technical features.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills and technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.
- Deliver product and technical training on smartphones and mobile accessories.
- Train sales teams on product features, specifications, troubleshooting, and customer interactions.
- Prepare presentations, training manuals, and learning materials.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on training sessions.
- Evaluate trainees through assessments and practical exercises.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide regular feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest smartphone technologies and industry trends.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs.
- Travel to branches or partner locations whenever required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Convent-educated candidate preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of Android and iOS smartphones, mobile hardware, software, specifications, and common troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident personality with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Willingness to travel for training sessions.
