Job Summary
We are looking for a smart and customer-focused Guest Relation Executive (GRE) for a restaurant. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling customer queries, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage table reservations and seating arrangements.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints politely.
Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest service.
Maintain good relationships with regular customers.
Ensure guests are comfortable and satisfied during their visit.
Assist in promoting restaurant offers and events.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception area.
Support restaurant operations during peak hours.
Requirements
Hands on experience in restaurant or hospitality industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and customer-service attitude.
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations.
Ability to handle guests professionally and calmly.
Flexible to work in shifts and weekends.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
