Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Teach arithmetic, shapes, patterns, and introductory problem-solving aligned with the school syllabus.
- Lesson Planning: Prepare structured lesson plans with interactive activities and visual aids.
- Student Engagement: Motivate learners through games, puzzles, and real-life applications of math.
- Assessment: Conduct tests, quizzes, and assignments to track progress.
- Individual Support: Provide extra help to struggling students and enrichment tasks for advanced learners.
- Technology Integration: Use digital tools, math apps, and interactive boards to enhance learning.
- Collaboration: Work with other teachers to connect math with science, language, and daily life.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Education (B.Ed. with specialization in Math).
- Certification: Valid teaching license as per state/national requirements.
- Skills: Strong mathematical knowledge, ability to explain concepts clearly, classroom management, adaptability, and creativity.
