We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist Lead to manage all people‑related functions for our Jaipur location. This role is the local face of HR, ensuring smooth hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: End‑to‑end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations. Partner with hiring managers, craft JDs, manage pipelines, conduct interviews, and track recruiting metrics.
- Onboarding: Design and run structured orientation programs, coordinate with IT/Finance, manage documentation, and ensure smooth Day 1–90 experiences.
- Offboarding: Handle resignations, settlements, exit interviews, compliance, and positive exit experiences.
- Culture & Engagement: Drive employee engagement, run surveys, promote diversity and inclusion, and act as a trusted HR partner.
- HR Operations: Maintain records, oversee payroll inputs, ensure statutory compliance, and manage employee relations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–9 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 1 year in a lead/standalone HR role.
- Strong recruitment experience across technical and non‑technical roles.
- Proven ability to design and manage onboarding/offboarding programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools, ATS platforms, and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
Preferred: Experience in SaaS/startup environments, scaling HR functions, familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools (Keka, Darwinbox, Greenhouse, Lever), and MBA/HR certifications.
