About the Role
VigoCare is looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Field Officer – Patient Fulfilment to support our AI-enabled cardiac rhythm monitoring services. The role involves coordinating patient visits, assisting with device application, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visit 7–8 patients per day across Bhubaneswar for device onboarding and patient support.
2. Apply ECG monitoring patches and educate patients on device usage.
3. Ensure proper patient care and follow-up during the monitoring period.
4. Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and internal teams for smooth patient fulfilment.
5. Maintain accurate records and timely reporting of daily activities.
6. Travel within Bhubaneswar as per operational requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Experience as a Phlebotomist, Patient Care Executive, Nursing Assistant, or in a similar healthcare role.
2. Good communication and patient handling skills.
3. Willingness to travel extensively within Bhubaneswar.
4. Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits
1. Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
2. Fuel reimbursement as per company policy.
