Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Insurance Manager for the automobile industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling motor insurance operations, policy renewals, claims processing, and coordination with insurance companies and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage motor insurance policies, renewals, and endorsements..
Handle cashless and reimbursement insurance claims.
Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, and customers.
Ensure timely claim settlement and documentation.
Maintain MIS reports and insurance records.
Achieve renewal and insurance business targets.
Resolve customer queries related to insurance policies and claims.
Ensure compliance with company and insurance guidelines.
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in automobile insurance.
Strong knowledge of motor insurance policies and claim procedures.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and insurance-related documentation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
