About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. You will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of our dental practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and check them in/out of appointments
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm dental appointments via phone and email
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide clinic information
- Verify insurance coverage and collect co-payments and payments
- Prepare billing statements and process cash/credit transactions
- Maintain accurate patient records and update patient information in the system
- Prepare treatment charts and ensure they are ready for the dentist
- Maintain a clean and organized waiting area and reception zone
- Handle patient complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA/data privacy regulations
- Perform general administrative tasks (filing, faxing, photocopying)
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma required; dental receptionist certification preferred
- 1–2 years of experience as a dental receptionist or in medical front-desk role
- Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance billing preferred
- Proficiency in dental practice management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Dental Chair Assistant to provide clinical support during dental procedures. You will work directly with the dentist and ensure patients receive quality care in a comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Escort patients to treatment rooms and seat them in the dental chair
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and equipment are ready
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures (4-handed dentistry)
- Hand instruments and materials to the dentist efficiently and anticipate needs
- Take and document patient medical/dental histories, including allergies and medications
- Record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse) when required
- Take dental X-rays (bitewings, periapicals, panorex) following safety protocols
- Implement infection control procedures: sterilize instruments, sanitize operatories
- Dispose of contaminated materials and follow safety/environmental regulations
- Prepare and mix dental materials (impression material, cement, composites)
- Provide post-treatment instructions and check patient comfort
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care
- Maintain and clean dental equipment (chairs, handpieces, lights, evacuator)
- Monitor office supply inventory and order necessary materials
- Document treatment notes and update patient records
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Certificate in Dental Assisting from an accredited program required
- Valid Dental Assistant certification/licensure (as per local regulations)
- 1–2 years of clinical experience as a dental assistant preferred
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
- Experience with radiography (X-ray) and infection control protocols
- Proficiency in dental practice management software
- Strong clinical and technical skills
