Job Summary
Tapasya Project is looking for a dedicated Civil Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, manpower management, quality control, and ensuring work is completed as per project requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage and coordinate labor, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plaster, finishing, and other construction activities.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure safety compliance at the site.
- Track manpower deployment and material utilization.
- Conduct site inspections and report progress to senior management.
- Verify work measurements and maintain site records.
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams for smooth execution.
- Resolve day-to-day site issues and ensure timely completion of work.
