Position: Senior Analyst, HRIS – Workday Learning & Recruiting
Location: Bangalore/Mumbai
Work Mode: Onsite
Min-Max Experience: 3 to 8 years
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for leading configuration, administration, and support of Workday
Learning and Recruiting. You’ll work closely with HR and business stakeholders to design scalable,
efficient, and user-friendly experiences across the employee lifecycle
Job Responsibilities:
Lead Workday Recruiting and Learning module setup- Administer user access and training content
- Conduct effectiveness assessments of training programs
- Build custom reports and dashboards
- Provide ongoing support for Learning and Recruiting operations
- Document new functionality during Workday releases (R1/R2)
- Resolve tickets/issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with business clients to bridge gaps
Skills Required:
Workday Recruiting configuration (requisitions to onboarding)- Workday Learning administration and content management
- Business Process security and domain knowledge
- Report development using Learning tools
- Understanding of module interrelationships (HCM, Recruiting, Learning)
- Workday release readiness and testing
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
Education Qualification:
B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech / MCA / Any relevant graduation with minimum 3+ years of experience in
Workday Recruiting, Learning, and HCM modules
