About the Role

You will assist customers in planning their trips, provide travel solutions, and achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding travel services.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Promote and sell flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, and other travel-related services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, promotions, and industry trends.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are welcome).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Passion for sales and the travel industry.
