Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman / Supervisor to supervise and manage electrical work at residential construction sites. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of building electrical work and be capable of managing electricians and workers for timely and quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of electricians and electrical workers at the project site.
- Handle day-to-day electrical work and ensure smooth execution as per project requirements.
- Must have practical knowledge of slab electrical work, panel installation, DG, transformer, extension work, conduit/conducting and wiring.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, layouts, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Ensure electrical work is carried out as per approved drawings and site requirements.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, electricians, and other teams.
- Monitor the quality and progress of electrical work at the site.
- Check manpower, tools, and electrical materials required for daily activities.
- Identify and resolve site-level electrical issues.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed during electrical work.
- Maintain daily work updates and report progress to the senior/project team.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of residential building electrical work.
- Hands-on experience in slab, panel, DG, transformer, extension, conduit/conducting and wiring work.
- Good team-handling and manpower-management skills.
- Ability to understand electrical drawings and layouts.
- Knowledge of electrical safety and construction site practices.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
