Role Overview:
We are looking for a Receptionist & Telecaller to join our team at BeastDrive. This role involves handling outbound calls and assisting participants who have shown interest in joining our race events through our app.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential participants who have registered interest
- Explain event details, registration process, and benefits clearly
- Convert leads into confirmed participants
- Handle basic reception duties and participant queries
- Maintain call records and follow-ups
Nature of Work:
- Sales-driven role focused on participant conversions
- Performance-based with strong earning potential through incentives
Salary & Incentives:
- Fixed Salary: Low base pay
- Incentives: High performance-based incentives
- Daily incentives available for achieving targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)
- Basic sales or telecalling experience is a plus
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset
Pay: ₹5,489.33 - ₹20,696.22 per month
